Ricotta and Cherry Focaccia Pizza
1 loaf Tin Roof Rosemary Focaccia
2 cups whole milk ricotta
1/3 cup honey
1 orange, zested
3/4 pound cherries, pitted and halved
Set oven to 425 degrees F.
Mix ricotta cheese with honey and zest and beat until smooth.
Warm bread in oven.
Dot the hot bread with ricotta and top with cherries, cut, and serve.
