BRIARPATCH RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases at BriarPatch. We take pride in the products we carry. Providing excellent customer service is our top priority. In the event that you are not fully satisfied for any reason, please follow the guidelines below.

Please return all products in their original packaging directly to the store within thirty (30) days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt, for a full refund, credit to your debit/credit account, or store credit.

Refunds for products without a receipt will be given as store credit for the lowest price offered on the identical product within the last thirty (30) days.

We offer only store credit for purchases made with gift cards, gift certificates, or store credit.

We are unable to offer returns on Special Orders, red-tagged items, and alcoholic beverages.

Receipts for purchases made by Co-op owners may be found in our computer system. Please contact a manager for details.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time for any reason.
