When you get one of these in your hand, you’ll be ch-ch-ch-chillin’!


  • 1 cup Berry-Chia Seed Jam 
  • ¾ cup coconut water
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • ½ cup fresh Berries


  1. Puree jam, coconut water, lime juice and salt in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add fresh blueberries and pulse just enough to break up some of the berries.
  3. Pour into molds up to ½ inch from the top, insert sticks and freeze until solid – at least 3 hours.
