We want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases at BriarPatch. We take pride in the products we carry and providing excellent customer service is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, please follow the guidelines below.

  • Please return all products in their original packaging directly to the store within thirty (30) days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt for a full refund, credit to your debit/credit account, or store credit.
  • Refunds for products without a receipt, when approved, will be given as store credit for the lowest price offered on the identical product within the last thirty (30) days.
  • We offer store credit for purchases made with gift cards, including previous store credit.
  • We are unable to offer returns on special orders, red tagged items, and alcoholic beverages.
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time for any reason.
